Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our growing Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and proposals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry relationships and networks
- Represent Optimapharm at industry conferences and events
- University degree in life science, marketing, management, or a business-related field
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the life science industry, preferably within CRO
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills, with a predisposition to entrepreneurship and results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a hunting mindset
- Excellent oral and written skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
