Business Development Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our Sales and Marketing team at Optimapharm d.o.o. in a home-based location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving company growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet annual sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and client retention plans in allocated sales territories
  • Coordinate all activities delegated to the Business Development Department
  • Provide timely and efficient reporting
Requirements
  • University degree in life science, marketing, management, or a business-related field
  • Excellent knowledge of the Healthcare industry and CRO business
  • Minimum of five years of Business Development experience in the life science industry, preferably within CRO
  • Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a hunting mindset
  • Team collaboration skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English, with the ability to travel internationally and domestically (50-70% of the time)
  • Intermediate to complex level of technology aptitude, with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
