Key Responsibilities- Meet annual sales goals and objectives
- Develop and implement business development strategies and client retention plans in allocated sales territories
- Coordinate all activities delegated to the Business Development Department
- Provide timely and efficient reporting
- University degree in life science, marketing, management, or a business-related field
- Excellent knowledge of the Healthcare industry and CRO business
- Minimum of five years of Business Development experience in the life science industry, preferably within CRO
- Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a hunting mindset
- Team collaboration skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written skills in English, with the ability to travel internationally and domestically (50-70% of the time)
- Intermediate to complex level of technology aptitude, with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
