Key Responsibilities:

Participate in our EMEA Key Accounts team, focusing on acquiring new business for our Axivion Static Code Analysis and Architecture Verification solutions. Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to closing deals, effectively navigating complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders. Identify and engage new clients, employing a 'land and expand' strategy to cultivate enduring partnerships. Clearly articulate the benefits of our product offerings and competitive advantages, while instilling urgency by highlighting the metrics we enhance in the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with and persuade various stakeholders involved in the purchasing process of our tools, including but not limited to: Software Developers, Architects, Testers, and Technology Leaders. Utilize your technical expertise and industry knowledge to establish credibility and deliver value to clients in the functional safety sector within regulated fields such as Automotive, Medical Devices, and Industrial Automation. Actively engage in go-to-market initiatives for the product and region of responsibility, including identifying relevant conferences and crafting value messaging.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in sales with a focus on acquiring new customers through cold outreach, prospecting, and consultative selling methods. Strong technical acumen, capable of delivering initial product demonstrations to software development teams, showcasing the value and technical advantages of our solutions. Familiarity or extensive knowledge of regulated industries, particularly in one of the following: Automotive, Medical Devices, or Industrial Automation, enhancing your understanding of client challenges and compliance needs. Tech-savvy, with a solid grasp of functional safety and embedded systems, enabling effective communication with technical buyers. Background in software sales targeting development teams, complemented by a robust understanding of static code analysis tools. An educational background in software engineering or related disciplines is advantageous but not essential.
