This organization is a technology hub and software reseller experiencing rapid growth and making a notable impact in the Marketing Technology sector in Germany. Their core product enhances any type of text used in online retail, including product descriptions, category texts, emails, and blog content. With seamless integrations with platforms such as Shopware, Shopify, the Apollon PIM system, Magento, and more, their solution integrates effortlessly into existing workflows, boosting efficiency and effectiveness.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a commercially astute and impactful, yet humble and people-oriented, Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our client's team. As a new business developer, you will adopt a hands-on approach to building and scaling the SaaS business focused on AI-driven Conversion Optimization solutions. Your efforts will contribute to the rapid expansion of the German-speaking technology SaaS business. The ideal candidate will be a successful sales professional with a strong drive for results and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage sales relationships and close deals for SMB and enterprise clients across eCommerce, Media, Pharma, and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Define and implement the regional go-to-market strategy.
  • Oversee the reseller relationships with our Solution Partners.
  • Execute significant deals through onsite (when feasible) and remote engagement with prospects.
  • Plan and communicate growth strategies in a structured OKR-driven planning framework.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-sales, SDR, AE, and Marketing Manager teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years of experience in selling Enterprise SaaS solutions and managing complete sales cycles.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics for qualitative business management.
  • Possess a proven playbook for executing complex deals, knowing when to apply it and when to adapt.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in the range of €400-600k annually, with sales cycles of 3-6 months and €30-100k ARR.
  • Experience with outbound sales strategies and process-oriented performance, capable of fully implementing and managing your business through a chosen sales methodology (preferably MEDDIC).
  • Passionate about scaling and identifying actions to significantly increase regional revenue year over year throughout DACH or Europe.
  • Experience in Performance Marketing, Analytics, Mobile, or MarTech is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Ideally located in or around the designated region.
