Responsibilities:

Participate in our EMEA Key Accounts team, tasked with acquiring new business for our Axivion Static Code Analysis and Architecture Verification tools. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, effectively navigating complex sales processes that involve multiple stakeholders over several months. Engage with and secure new clients, utilizing a 'land and expand' strategy to cultivate long-term partnerships. Clearly articulate the value of our product offerings and competitive advantages, while instilling urgency by identifying key metrics that we enhance in the software development process of our clients. Engage and persuade various stakeholders involved in the purchasing journey of our tools, including but not limited to: Software Developers, Architects, Testers, and Technology Leaders. Utilize your technical expertise and industry experience to establish credibility and deliver value to your clients in the functional safety domain within regulated sectors such as Automotive, Medical Devices, and Industrial Automation. Actively contribute to the go-to-market strategy for the product and region of responsibility, including identifying suitable conferences and crafting value messaging.

Candidate Profile:

Demonstrated success in sales with a focus on acquiring new customers through cold calling, prospecting, and consultative selling techniques. Strong technical acumen, capable of delivering initial product demonstrations to software development teams, showcasing the value and technical advantages of our solutions. Experience or in-depth knowledge of regulated industries, particularly in sectors such as Automotive, Medical Devices, or Industrial Automation, enhancing your understanding of customer challenges and compliance needs. Tech-savvy with familiarity in functional safety and embedded systems, able to effectively communicate with technical buyers. Background in software sales targeting developer teams, complemented by a solid understanding of static code analysis tools. An educational background in software engineering or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
