Key Responsibilities:

Become a vital member of our EMEA Key Accounts team, tasked with acquiring new business for our Axivion Static Code Analysis and Architecture Verification tools. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, adeptly handling complex sales processes that may span several months and involve multiple stakeholders. Engage with and secure new clients, utilizing a 'land and expand' strategy to cultivate long-term partnerships. Clearly articulate the value of our product offerings and competitive advantages, while instilling urgency by identifying the metrics we enhance in the customers' software development processes. Interact with and persuade various stakeholders involved in the purchasing journey of our tools, including but not limited to: Software Developers, Architects, Testers, and Technology Leaders. Utilize your technical expertise and industry experience to establish credibility and deliver value to clients in the functional safety domain within regulated sectors such as Automotive, Medical Devices, and Industrial Automation. Actively contribute to the go-to-market strategies for the product and region, including identifying suitable conferences and crafting value messaging.

Candidate Profile:

Demonstrated success in sales with a focus on acquiring new customers through cold outreach, prospecting, and consultative selling techniques. Strong technical acumen, capable of delivering initial product demonstrations to software development teams, showcasing the value and technical advantages of our solutions. Experience or in-depth knowledge of regulated industries, particularly in Automotive, Medical Devices, or Industrial Automation, enhancing your understanding of customer challenges and compliance needs. Tech-savvy with familiarity in functional safety and embedded systems, enabling effective communication with technical buyers. Background in software sales targeting development teams, complemented by a solid understanding of static code analysis tools. Educational qualifications in software engineering or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
