Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in an extensive onboarding program designed to immerse you in our company culture and software offerings.
- Manage the intricate sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful deal closure within a timeframe of 1-3 months.
- Target mid-sized enterprises across diverse sectors to drive client acquisition.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to effectively communicate the advantages of our HR solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure successful sales results.
- Engage in premier sales training initiatives to enhance your skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a consulting role.
- A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a strong collaborative spirit.
- Proficient in articulating complex processes and conducting solution-oriented sales.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
