Sales Executive - Join Our Dynamic Team

We are on the lookout for a talented Sales Executive to become a vital part of our sales teams in various strategic locations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an extensive onboarding program designed to immerse you in our company culture and software offerings.
  • Manage the intricate sales cycle from initial lead generation to successful deal closure within a timeframe of 1-3 months.
  • Target mid-sized enterprises across diverse sectors to drive client acquisition.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to effectively communicate the advantages of our HR solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure successful sales results.
  • Engage in premier sales training initiatives to enhance your skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a consulting role.
  • A positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a strong collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in articulating complex processes and conducting solution-oriented sales.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
