We aim to expand our successful Retention Growth strategy to deliver the benefits of Decision Intelligence to a broader customer base in the DACH region and beyond. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this expansion.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our Customer Success team for supply chain clients, you will represent paretos to our clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and beyond. Your role in customer success involves comprehending the challenges faced by Enterprise clients and bridging the gap between our SaaS solution and their specific use cases.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the onboarding of new Enterprise/B2B clients, ensuring they maximize the value of paretos
  • Conducting workshops to gain insights into the client's decision-making and predictive processes, as well as their industry context, to foster long-term success
  • Analyzing domain-specific data provided by clients to ensure we deliver impactful results
  • Translating and clarifying the outcomes and metrics of our predictions and recommendations to clients who may be unfamiliar with AI
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, our integration team, and our product development
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships while understanding their business landscape
  • Assisting our sales team with presales activities and identifying opportunities for upselling
  • Serving as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with product development to ensure client needs are addressed
  • Driving enhancements in internal processes and automation to support business scalability
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a related role (Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Data Science Consultant) with Enterprise/B2B clients
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
  • Strong time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Interest in data science and technical subjects - comfortable discussing complex topics with decision-makers
  • Familiarity with data and databases (Snowflake)
  • Experience in supply chain domains is advantageous
  • Background in a B2B software or product company is a plus
  • Basic understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts is beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of data engineering processes is a plus
  • Fluency in German (focus on DACH) and English (as we operate internationally)
