To further enhance our successful Retention Growth strategy and extend the reach of Decision Intelligence to more clients in the DACH region and beyond, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to play a pivotal role in this expansion.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our Customer Success team focused on supply chain clients, you will represent paretos to our customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and beyond. Customer success at paretos entails comprehending the challenges faced by Enterprise clients and bridging the gap between our SaaS solution and their specific use cases.

In your role as Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new Enterprise/B2B clients, ensuring they maximize their experience with paretos
  • Conduct workshops to gain insights into the client's decision-making and forecasting processes, as well as their industry context, to foster long-term success
  • Analyze and interpret the domain data provided by clients to ensure we deliver impactful results
  • Communicate and clarify the outcomes and metrics of our predictions and recommendations to clients who may not be familiar with AI
  • Act as a liaison between clients, our integration team, and our product
  • Develop and maintain enduring client relationships while understanding their business landscape
  • Assist our sales team with presales initiatives and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Serve as the internal advocate for the customer, collaborating with product development to ensure client needs are addressed
  • Drive the enhancement of internal processes and automation to support business scalability
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a related role (Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Data Science Consultant) with Enterprise/B2B clients
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
  • Strong time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Interest in data science and technical subjects - comfortable discussing complex topics with decision-makers
  • Familiarity with data and databases (Snowflake)
  • Experience in the supply chain domain is advantageous
  • Background in a B2B software or product company is a plus
  • Basic understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts is beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of data engineering processes is a plus
  • Fluency in German (focus on DACH) and English (as we operate internationally)
