To enhance and expand our successful Retention Growth strategy, we aim to deliver the benefits of Decision Intelligence to a broader customer base in the DACH region and subsequently in other markets. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in this growth journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital member of our Customer Success team focused on supply chain clients, you will represent paretos to our customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they maximize their use of paretos
- Conducting workshops to grasp the client's decision-making and forecasting processes, as well as their industry context, which is essential for fostering long-term success
- Analyzing and interpreting the domain data provided by clients to ensure we deliver relevant outcomes
- Communicating results and metrics from our predictions and recommendations to clients who may not be familiar with AI
- Acting as a liaison between clients, our integration team, and our product
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships while understanding their business landscape
- Assisting our sales team with presales initiatives and identifying potential upsell opportunities
- Serving as the internal advocate for the customer, collaborating with product development to address client needs
- Driving the enhancement of internal processes and automation to facilitate further business scaling
- 5+ years of experience in a related field (Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Data Science Consultant)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
- Strong time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- Interest in data science and technical subjects—comfortable discussing complex topics with decision-makers
- Familiarity with data and databases (Snowflake)
- Experience in the supply chain domain is advantageous
- Background in a B2B software or product company is a plus
- Basic understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of data engineering processes is a plus
- Fluency in German (as the focus is DACH) and English (as we operate internationally)
