Job Title: Business Development Manager - Aviation

Campbell Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Aviation Weather business unit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business development plan to drive growth and revenue in the European market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development plan to drive growth and revenue in the European market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aviation Weather market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the Aviation Weather market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of the Aviation Weather market and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
