Partnerships Management Intern
Become a vital part of our Partnerships Management team and gain practical experience in supporting our B2B2C and B2B sectors. Collaborate closely with Moonfare's partners, facilitate internal teams, and oversee a variety of operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily functions of the Partnerships and Implementation teams
- Offer insights to Product teams to enhance the customer experience
- Work in conjunction with KYC, Compliance, fund operations, and legal departments
- Support project management for key initiatives
- Maintain and improve the CRM database within Hubspot
- Oversee the client data collection process utilizing Tableau
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in business administration or social sciences
- Strong adaptability in communication
- Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous
- Proficient communication and consulting abilities
- Positive demeanor with the capacity to thrive under pressure
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
Compensation: 2200€ gross monthly
