Deine Aufgaben und Herausforderungen

Als Brand Partnerships Manager bei Labs Management GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die operative und strategische Entwicklung deiner Kundenbeziehungen. Du wirst eng mit dem Talent Management zusammenarbeiten, um die Vermarktungsziele deiner Kunden zu erreichen.

  • Du erstellst individuelle Angebote und Kalkulationen für deine Kunden und bist für die Erstellung von Reportings verantwortlich.
  • Du beobachtest den Markt und die Wettbewerbslandschaft, um Trends und Entwicklungen frühzeitig zu erkennen.
  • Du pitchst unser Portfolio bei deinen Kunden und setzt Kampagnen-Konzepte zusammen mit unseren Talent Managern um.
  • Du hast eine Sales-Ader und akquirierst regelmäßig neue Kunden für unsere Dienstleistungen.
Deine Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigst du:

  • Ein wirtschaftliches Studium mit Erfahrung im Partnerships, Sales oder Key Account Management.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Branche.
  • Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Verhandlungskompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Ein Teamplayer mit Motivation und Durchsetzungsstärke.
  • Hohe Präsentationskompetenz und gute Excel-Kenntnisse.
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
