About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team at Labs Management GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with top brands in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and proposal development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize partnerships
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or key account management
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
