We are currently seeking to fill the role of Corporate Partnerships Manager within our Corporate Partnerships and Foundations team.

Role Summary:
This part-time position (32 hours/week) is initially offered on a fixed-term basis for one year. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing and managing our national and international partnerships with corporations and foundations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the strategic management and development of corporate and foundation partnerships, reporting directly to the Key Account Management team lead.
  • Design and propose innovative collaboration opportunities with existing and prospective corporate partners in key areas such as marketing, fundraising, and communication.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of annual partnership strategies in collaboration with partners and other Save the Children country offices.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and implementation of cross-departmental processes, ensuring robust reporting in close coordination with programs, finance, and fundraising teams.
  • Monitor and research emerging trends, providing insights and collaborating with leadership on global exchanges regarding corporate partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Completed education or degree in marketing, business, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing, communication, fundraising, or partnership management, preferably in a corporate or agency context.
  • Proficient in utilizing marketing tools to implement effective partnership strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client or partner relationships.
  • Alignment with our mission, values, and a keen interest in cause-related marketing and fundraising initiatives focused on children's rights, humanitarian aid, and development cooperation.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to process and outcome quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to balance diverse interests effectively.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
  • Commitment to respect, responsibility, and integrity in daily operations.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
