About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern Project Management to support our team in charge of developing several projects in Europe, primarily in Germany. As an Intern Project Management, you will play a crucial role in the management of critical paths, overall timelines, and third-party requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project coordination, focusing on our developments in Germany
  • Support the creation of documents, presentations, translations, guidelines, and other materials
  • Keep project information up to date, monitor timelines, and deliverables
  • Provide updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Handle travel and lodging arrangements for project partners
  • Conduct research on various topics within the hospitality industry
  • Support special projects and event organization
  • Assist with office administrative tasks
  • Facilitate communication and tasks between operations and project management teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine interest in hospitality trends and be able to identify with the principles and ethos of Slowness. You should be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about culture, design, hospitality, and travel. We value personal initiative, engagement, solution-oriented thinking, and creativity. Your communication skills in German and English (written and spoken) are excellent.
