Business Development Manager

Wir suchen einen Business Development Associate, der sich für die Analyse von Märkten, Unternehmen, Trend- und Zukunftsthemen begeistert und dabei versiert in der Identifikation sowie Ausarbeitung von Business-Opportunitäten ist. Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist ein Teamplayer, der sich durch Selbstständigkeit, souveränen Auftritt, Flexibilität auszeichnet und Reisebereitschaft mitbringt.
Aufgaben- Du identifizierst, entwickelst und bewertest gemeinsam mit dem Management Board und dem Partnerkreis die strategische Unternehmensausrichtung
- Du unterstützt als PMO (Project Management Officer) bei der strategischen sowie operativen Ausrichtung der Geschäftsentwicklung und treibst deren Operationalisierung
- Du monitorst den Fortschritt der operativen Strategieumsetzung auf Gesamtunternehmensebene sowie in den Business Units
- Du begleitest und strukturierst die Board- und Partnermeetings
- Du unterstützt bei der akquisitorischen Ausrichtung und den für die Unternehmensentwicklung maßgeblichen Top-Akquisitionen
- Selbstständige Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender und zukünftiger Geschäftsfelder
- Du verantwortest strategische Marktanalysen und die Entwicklung von Business Plänen in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Partnern
- Vorerfahrung in der (Strategie-)Beratung, dem Business Development einer Unternehmensberatung, Kanzlei oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, der Unternehmensentwicklung oder Assistenz der Geschäftsführung
- Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem wirtschafts- /rechtswissenschaftlichen oder vergleichbarem Studiengang (min. Bachelor; Master, Diplom oder kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil)
- Du arbeitest pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert nach unserer gelebten Hands-on-Mentalität und dem Commitment to Excellence
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und zeichnest dich durch Selbstständigkeit, souveränen Auftritt, Flexibilität aus und bringst Reisebereitschaft mit
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
