Business Development Manager

At Influry, the Social Media Growth Platform, we facilitate connections between brands and the most innovative talents in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discover and cultivate new business prospects through focused outreach and networking initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture strategic alliances with other agencies and service providers within the digital marketing realm.
  • Design and deliver customized proposals that cater to the specific requirements of potential partners and clients.
  • Lead discussions and finalize agreements with new partners and clients.
  • Engage in industry-related events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Perform market and competitive research to pinpoint trends and opportunities.
  • Present Influry to medium and large enterprises/agencies.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, ideally within the digital marketing or advertising sectors.
  • A robust network within the marketing and advertising industries.
  • A demonstrated history of identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to recognize and leverage business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
