Our mission is to empower our clients to effectively oversee their cash flow - enabling them to maintain control, anticipate future needs, and foster growth. However, our journey has just begun, and we are in search of team players with an entrepreneurial spirit and the determination to establish Agicap as the leading all-in-one cash flow tool in Europe. As a Partner Manager (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our partnerships within AGICAP's DACH region. Your responsibilities will include managing existing partnerships and providing training and coaching to our partners. You will collaborate closely with our CRO and the Head of Partnerships for the UK & DACH.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the inaugural Partner Manager in the team to develop and execute a training framework. Creativity and autonomy are essential. Conduct training sessions for our partners, both online and offline, to enhance their ability to sell and implement Agicap. Identify innovative solutions to assist partners in addressing their clients' cash management challenges. Strengthen collaboration with our partners, including management consultancies, banks, scale-ups, and other organizations, in alignment with sales objectives. Leverage the existing partner network and cultivate it into targeted, long-term business relationships. Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the Agicap tool during product demonstrations and enhancing awareness of the Agicap Germany brand. Organize events, webinars, and trade shows in partnership with the marketing team.

Qualifications:

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or economics. You possess 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained in a dynamic setting such as a scale-up, consulting, or investment, with significant customer or partner interaction. You have a keen interest in the SaaS sector and aspire to evolve into a product champion with us. You are self-sufficient and confident in your communication with partners, exhibiting a professional demeanor. You have a proactive mindset; ambitious goals inspire you to discover creative and results-oriented approaches to achieve them. You are willing to travel to provide on-site coaching for our partners. You are fluent in German (C2+) and English (C1).
