We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnerships Manager. As a key member of our Management Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Business Development: Support our Management Team in assessing business expansion opportunities and identifying areas of growth for Banxware.
- Partnership Evaluation: Work with digital platforms to assess, evaluate, and present new business opportunities to the team.
- Project Management: Evaluate each new business opportunity, analyze the impact of each project, and present results to the team.
- Client Communication: Prepare meeting documents, pitch decks, and term sheets, and present them to clients.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Chief of Staff & Head of Partnerships and Business Development to develop new product offerings and prioritize ongoing projects.
- Leadership and Initiative: Take full ownership of projects, find hands-on solutions, and drive impactful results.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Complex Problem-Solving: Be able to understand, analyze, and evaluate complex projects, including financial regulation, technical solutions, and commercial deal structures.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and German is an absolute must-have, with any other European language being a plus.
- Adaptability and Teamwork: Be comfortable working independently and as part of an agile team.
