Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager Cybersecurity for South Germany and Switzerland (f/m/x) to fortify our Power Utility Communication team. This role can be based in either Berlin or Klaus (Austria).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of the cybersecurity business within the designated sales territory.
  • Oversee regional sales initiatives for our cybersecurity product offerings, particularly focusing on StationGuard.
  • Formulate a strategic sales plan, identifying key clients, actionable steps, and tactics to meet objectives.
  • Analyze regional market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape, providing insights for product development.
  • Serve as the primary contact for security-related inquiries in the territory, assisting clients in identifying suitable solutions.
  • Identify, cultivate, and assess channel partners within the region.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in collaboration with application engineers.
  • Generate and support project business opportunities and tenders.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or training in computer science or electrical engineering, coupled with several years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
  • Familiarity with OT cybersecurity or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, technical sales expertise, and effective presentation skills.
  • Experience in the electric utility sector, particularly within German-speaking regions.
  • Proficient in both English and German.
  • A proactive self-starter with a sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany, Switzerland, and to our office in Western Austria (up to 40% travel required).
