Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager Cybersecurity for South Germany and Switzerland (f/m/x) to fortify our Power Utility Communication team. This role can be based in either Berlin or Klaus (Austria).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of the cybersecurity business within the designated sales territory.
- Oversee regional sales initiatives for our cybersecurity product offerings, particularly focusing on StationGuard.
- Formulate a strategic sales plan, identifying key clients, actionable steps, and tactics to meet objectives.
- Analyze regional market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape, providing insights for product development.
- Serve as the primary contact for security-related inquiries in the territory, assisting clients in identifying suitable solutions.
- Identify, cultivate, and assess channel partners within the region.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in collaboration with application engineers.
- Generate and support project business opportunities and tenders.
Qualifications:
- A degree or training in computer science or electrical engineering, coupled with several years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
- Familiarity with OT cybersecurity or a strong willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, technical sales expertise, and effective presentation skills.
- Experience in the electric utility sector, particularly within German-speaking regions.
- Proficient in both English and German.
- A proactive self-starter with a sense of ownership.
- Willingness to travel within Germany, Switzerland, and to our office in Western Austria (up to 40% travel required).
