As the B2B Lead for More Nutrition (m/f/x), you will take charge of crafting, implementing, and expanding B2B commercial strategies, plans, and tools for the More Nutrition brand, aiming to meet our business goals. Your role will involve empowering B2B sales teams, both online and offline, to enhance category growth, deliver customer value, and ensure flawless execution. The primary objective is to excel in all B2B trade channels and fortify More's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B Go-To-Market strategy, focusing on essential trade channels and establishing clear commercial strategies with defined priorities and KPIs.
  • Design and implement innovative brand activation initiatives to maximize category value and ensure flawless execution across both online and offline B2B channels.
  • Define and execute the 5P (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People) strategies for B2B channels.
  • Inspire top-tier B2B clients with extensive category knowledge and proven commercial models to foster category growth.
  • Act as the representative voice of B2B customers and sales teams, integrating their insights into More Nutrition brand strategies.
  • Oversee the operational execution of B2B brand plans, ensuring timely delivery of all necessary tools to B2B sales teams.
  • Enhance the brand and category expertise of B2B sales teams and develop B2B capabilities within the More Business Unit.
  • Monitor market execution and KPIs to scale best practices and address any gaps effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B channel management with a successful track record in both offline and online trade channels.
  • Extensive background in B2B trade marketing, including the development of brand commercial strategies and product innovation.
  • Demonstrated ability to create joint value through commercial plans that accelerate category growth.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to set commercial direction and advocate for customer needs internally.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to manage internal organizations and gain support from B2B sales teams and customers.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to enhance future strategies.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
