About the Role

Olympus is seeking a highly experienced Executive Director to lead our commercial strategy for gastrointestinal diseases. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial roadmap to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of solutions managers to develop and execute commercial strategies for GI diseases
  • Chair a Solution Council to facilitate and coordinate the development of the Endoscopy Ecosystem
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on GI diseases and provide strategic insights to inform decision making
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships with healthcare professionals to promote market growth
  • Collaborate across business units, Sales Business Centers, and functions to deliver solutions that support revenue and profit objectives
  • Mentor and guide direct reports to expand their capabilities and build depth in the organization

Requirements

  • BA/BS with a preference for physical sciences, computer science, engineering, or business; MBA strongly preferred
  • At least ten years of successful healthcare product management experience
  • Extensive experience in commercializing new technologies and solutions
  • Demonstrated success delivering results in highly matrixed organizations
  • At least five years working with global teams and markets
  • Experience in healthcare IT, AI, machine learning, or clinical informatics preferred
