Lead Manager Brand Strategy & Project Coordination (m/w/d)

So vielfältig: Deine Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das strategische Management interner und externer Marken sowie für die Projektkoordination strategischer Eröffnungen in Deutschland und Österreich. Dies umfasst beispielsweise die Weiterentwicklung unserer Markenidentität und unseres Markenversprechens sowie die Schaffung positiver Kundenerlebnisse. Zu betreuende Marken sind unter anderem Le Crobag, Nakah, Früh bis Spät oder Brewgate.
  • Du leitest die dir zugewiesenen Projekte (z.B. bedeutende Standort Eröffnungen) mit deinen ausgeprägten Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
  • Du entwickelst Fahrpläne für alle Projekte in Verbindung mit KPIs, die eine klare Berichterstattung über die Ergebnisse ermöglichen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Abteilungen Marketing, Kommunikation und Betrieb zusammen sowie mit unserer North Central Europe-Organisation, Centers of Excellence und dem Commercial Director DE/AT.
  • Zusätzlich übernimmst du das Project Office für die Neudefinition von Franchise-Modellen und anderen F&B-Projekten.
So überzeugend: Deine Qualifikationen
  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing/Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Markenmanagement oder in einer marketingbezogenen Projektmanagementfunktion, vorzugsweise im Bereich Lebensmittel & Getränke.
  • Du hast bereits in der Vergangenheit erfolgreich am Aufbau von Konzepten und/oder Marken gearbeitet und diese erfolgreich implementiert.
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, dich auch unter Druck zu konzentrieren, Prioritäten zu setzen und in einem dynamischen Umfeld mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen.
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Menschen auf allen Ebenen zu beeinflussen und zu motivieren.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch runden dein Profil ab.
