As the B2B Commercial Strategy Lead for More Nutrition (m/f/x), you will take charge of crafting, implementing, and scaling B2B commercial initiatives aimed at fulfilling business objectives for the More Nutrition brand. Your role will empower B2B sales teams, both online and offline, to optimize category expansion, enhance customer value, and ensure flawless execution. The primary aim is to excel across all B2B trade channels and bolster More's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B Go-To-Market strategy, focusing on essential trade channels while establishing clear priorities, KPIs, and customer-centric plans.
  • Design and implement innovative brand activation strategies to maximize category value and ensure impeccable execution across B2B online and offline channels.
  • Define and execute the 5P sales fundamentals (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People) strategies for B2B channels.
  • Inspire top-tier B2B clients with profound category insights, a clear vision, and proven commercial frameworks to stimulate category growth.
  • Act as the representative voice of B2B customers and sales teams, integrating their feedback into More Nutrition brand strategies.
  • Oversee the operational execution of B2B brand initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of all plans and resources to B2B sales teams.
  • Enhance the brand and category knowledge of B2B sales teams and develop B2B capabilities within the More Business Unit.
  • Monitor market execution and KPIs to scale best practices and address any identified gaps.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in B2B channel management with a successful history in both offline and online trade as a Sales Representative and Key Account Manager.
  • Extensive background in B2B trade marketing, including the development of brand commercial strategies and product innovation within cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to create joint value through commercial plans that drive category growth and secure strong in-store customer support.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, adept at setting commercial direction, advocating for customer needs, and ensuring effective execution by B2B sales teams.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to navigate internal matrix organizations and garner support from both B2B sales teams and clients.
  • Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance successes and address gaps in real-time.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is advantageous.
