OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE:

Implement marketing strategies and sales initiatives with designated Fresenius/NxStage clients. This role may involve working independently with specific accounts or collaborating within a Fresenius/NxStage account management group.

Acts as the clinical and technical authority for Fresenius/NxStage offerings and therapies, expected to articulate the distinct advantages of various solutions, present persuasive value propositions, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to enhance product and therapy market presence while addressing clients' clinical and technical inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all aspects of Territory Management, including client identification, prospecting, sales execution, closing deals, implementation, and follow-up with targeted clients. Engage in client targeting, executing sales efforts, and negotiating contracts with selected accounts. Collaborate with sales leadership and account teams to broaden prospects and facilitate the closure of opportunities to achieve sales, order, and margin objectives. Prepare materials to support economic discussions aimed at expanding Fresenius therapy. Mobilize internal Fresenius resources to drive business growth in the assigned territory. Coordinate and motivate the clinical education team and other colleagues to surpass client expectations. Proactively suggest and implement strategies for continuous improvement of personal and team performance. Maintain and manage opportunities within the designated sales funnel tool. Provide training to all account team members regarding strategy and product offerings. Represent the organization at industry association meetings to promote products and the company. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree is required.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years in sales and sales management, with at least 2 years in the PD industry. At least 1 year of experience in major account sales and marketing, preferably with commercial payors.
