Key Responsibilities:
  • You will lead the consolidation, standardization, and ongoing enhancement of all compensation processes across the zahneins group, collaborating closely with our service providers and working in tandem with our Head of HR and regional HR Business Partners
  • You will independently manage relationships with all external payroll service providers and tax consultants, as well as oversee projects in the compensation domain, including the implementation and utilization of a company-wide system for preparatory payroll accounting
  • You will translate our corporate and personnel strategies into clear requirements for processes and systems
  • You will convert traditional processes into digital workflows, thereby enhancing quality and efficiency
  • You will serve as a liaison to all internal and external stakeholders, from tax consultants to employees
Candidate Profile:
  • You possess a degree or professional training with further education in business administration
  • You have extensive experience in payroll management and related HR functions
  • You have successfully managed payroll operations and ideally led various projects in the compensation area (e.g., in-sourcing or outsourcing payroll, consolidating external service providers, implementing payroll software)
  • You think strategically and make decisions based on clear cost-benefit analyses
  • You have practical experience in diverse payroll processes
  • You enjoy managing projects and processes while effectively communicating with various stakeholders
  • You develop clear action plans, drive continuous improvements, and are confident in expanding and shaping the compensation area within zahneins
