Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Annapurna. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in designing and deploying our global compensation and benefits strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits plans
  • Conduct benchmark analyses and derive trends on the market to inform compensation decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and develop compensation processes and tools
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits in a matrix organization
  • Familiarity with international compensation systems and structures
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with solid SAP/SuccessFactors experience
