Compensation and Benefits Manager

- You will lead the consolidation, standardization, and ongoing enhancement of all compensation processes within the zahneins group, collaborating with our service providers and working closely with our Head of HR and regional HR Business Partners
- You will independently manage relationships with all external payroll service providers and tax consultants, as well as oversee projects in the compensation domain, including the implementation of a company-wide system for payroll processing
- You will translate our corporate and personnel strategies into clear requirements for processes and systems
- You will convert traditional processes into digital formats, thereby enhancing quality and efficiency
- You will serve as a liaison to all internal and external stakeholders, from tax consultants to employees in our practices
- You possess a degree or relevant training with further education in business administration
- You have extensive experience in payroll management and related HR functions
- You have successfully managed payroll operations and ideally led various projects in the compensation area
- You think strategically and make decisions based on clear cost-benefit analyses
- You have practical experience in diverse payroll processes
- You enjoy managing projects and processes while effectively communicating with various stakeholders
- You develop clear action plans, drive continuous improvements, and are confident in expanding and shaping the compensation area within zahneins
