Deine Aufgaben
In der Position als Director of Marketing Strategy (m/w/d) bei Axon Ivy bist Du verantwortlich für die Leitung, Entwicklung und den weiteren Ausbau unseres Marketingteams. Du wirst mit Deinem Team effektive, innovative und kreative Marketingstrategien zur Steigerung der Markenpräsenz und zur Generierung von Leads entwickeln und implementieren. Deine Verantwortung umfasst die Planung, Konzeption und Durchführung von Marketingkampagnen zur Erhöhung von Traffic und Conversions - von Veranstaltungen über E-Mail-Marketing bis hin zu Account-basiertem Marketing. Auch die Erstellung von Inhalten, Copywriting, Webseitenmanagement, Social Media und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit gehören zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich. Du bist zudem für die kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Effizienz von Marketingmaßnahmen zuständig. In dieser Funktion ist eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere dem Vertriebsteam, erforderlich, um sicherzustellen, dass die Marketingstrategien die Vertriebsziele unterstützen. Darüber hinaus ist die Kooperation mit dem Produktteam entscheidend, um sicherzustellen, dass die Marketingbotschaften die Produktmerkmale und -vorteile präzise widerspiegeln.Dein Profil
Du hast ein Studium in den Bereichen Digitales Marketing, Kommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Du bist ein Marketingexperte mit mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung in der Softwarebranche. Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien, Markenführung und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit mit. Idealerweise hast Du umfassende Erfahrungen im Account-basierten Marketing. Du verfügst über Best-Practice-Kenntnisse in SEA/SEO und Analyseplattformen und hast bestenfalls auch Erfahrung mit Marketing-Tools (u.a. HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma). Deine Kreativität, Initiative und strategische Denkweise sowie eine ausgeglichene Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen Dich aus. Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke mit, gepaart mit Überzeugungskraft, Sympathie und Sozialkompetenz. Du motivierst und coachst Dein Team, bist ein wertvoller Sparringspartner und sorgst für eine Atmosphäre, in der jedes Teammitglied sein oder ihr Bestes geben kann.
