Director of E-Commerce Strategy

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of E-Commerce to join our team at happybrush. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and scalability of our DTC brand.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and increase brand awareness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the e-commerce landscape, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Product Management: Collaborate with our product management team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our brand strategy.
- International Expansion: Develop and execute plans to expand our e-commerce presence into new markets, including new countries and languages.
- Marketing and Communications: Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and scalability.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, and Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
