Director of Marketing

We are seeking an innovative Director of Marketing to become an integral part of our team at Predium. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for strategically positioning our brand within the marketplace and maximizing visibility. Your leadership will be crucial in promoting Predium as the leading solution for sustainable and effective management of real estate portfolios. Leveraging your extensive marketing background, you will work to establish Predium as a frontrunner in ESG Management. You will oversee all marketing strategies, including performance marketing, content development, event coordination, and brand enhancement, ensuring uniform brand representation across various platforms.
Your Responsibilities- Oversee all marketing strategies at Predium, delivering targeted and swift outcomes.
- Design and refine performance marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation, user acquisition, and customer loyalty.
- Advance brand development to maintain a robust and coherent brand message across all marketing channels and materials.
- Produce compelling content through diverse channels to engage and attract our target demographics.
- Organize and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to elevate brand visibility, generate valuable leads, and cultivate significant partnerships.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B software marketing, including 2-3 years in a leadership capacity, ideally within a start-up or scale-up context.
- Proficient in performance marketing, content creation, event management, and brand development.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical skills with the capability to prioritize effectively and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
