About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of E-Commerce to join our team at happybrush. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our DTC brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a cross-functional team of marketing and e-commerce professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Product Management: Collaborate with our product management team to ensure that our product offerings meet the needs of our customers and align with our brand strategy.
  • International Expansion: Develop and execute plans to expand our e-commerce presence into new markets and geographies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with our stakeholders, including our leadership team, marketing team, and business units.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or a related field.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including performance marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, and social media.
  • Product Innovation: Experience in developing and executing product innovation strategies that drive business growth.
  • International Experience: Experience working in international markets and developing strategies to expand into new geographies.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and excellent English language skills.
