Marketing Strategy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Director to join our team at tado. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
- Value Proposition Development: Create and communicate compelling value propositions that resonate with our target audience and drive customer engagement.
- Marketing Calendar Management: Develop and manage our marketing calendar to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer care, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Education: Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of value proposition development concepts, marketing strategy flow, and market analysis.
- Abilities: Ability to articulate and present key actionable market and competitor insights to the management team.
- Personal Qualities: Motivated to introduce and lead proposition thinking within tado, value-driven, and experimental mindset.
