As we embark on an exciting new chapter, we are looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to lead our efforts in performance and product marketing. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategy as we innovate in the carbon dioxide removal space. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business development expertise and a profound understanding of product and content marketing, enabling them to navigate the evolving landscape of our industry.
Your Impact:
The Head of Marketing will oversee our comprehensive marketing functions, including campaign management, communications, public relations, thought leadership, brand positioning, and copywriting. A key focus will be on integrating content, brand, product marketing, and business development. With a capable team already in place, you will provide strategic direction and fresh insights to amplify our brand's influence. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and guiding our innovative solutions toward success.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to formulate and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Leverage a product marketing perspective to drive business growth.
- Bridge the gap between business development, product, digital, brand, and content marketing.
- Develop a comprehensive communication and campaign strategy with the marketing team.
- Establish digital performance marketing metrics and cultivate strong relationships with the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Support effective participation in key events within the carbon dioxide removal sector.
- Design a realistic public relations strategy.
- Oversee content creation and copywriting processes.
- Engage target customers through various channels, including social media and newsletters.
- Optimize website performance to enhance user experience and conversions.
- Contribute to creative direction and maintain brand quality standards.
- Embed thought leadership in Enhanced Rock Weathering and carbon dioxide removal into our marketing initiatives.
- Develop and mentor the marketing team for future growth.
- A strong passion for addressing climate change and carbon removal solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience across diverse channels.
- Proven leadership experience in overseeing comprehensive marketing functions.
