As we embark on an exciting new phase of growth, we are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. This role will require a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of both product and content marketing, as well as business development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and expanding our reach in the carbon dioxide removal sector.
Your ContributionsThe successful candidate will oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses campaign management, public relations, thought leadership, and brand development. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Head of Business Development to create and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Integrating product marketing principles to drive business growth.
- Bridging the gap between business development, product, digital, and content marketing.
- Formulating a communication and campaign strategy with the marketing team.
- Establishing performance metrics for digital marketing and fostering strong relationships with the sales team.
- Supporting participation in key industry events.
- Developing a strategic public relations approach.
- Overseeing content creation and copywriting processes.
- Targeting key audiences through various channels, including social media and newsletters.
- Optimizing website functionality to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Contributing to the creative direction and maintaining brand integrity.
- Embedding thought leadership in carbon dioxide removal into our marketing strategy.
- Building and mentoring the marketing team for future success.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A passion for addressing climate change and promoting carbon removal solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience across diverse channels.
- Leadership experience in overseeing comprehensive marketing functions.
- Familiarity with a wide range of marketing tools.
