Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at DP World. As a Sales Manager for Freight Forwarding, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Language: Fluency in English and German, with additional languages an asset.
