Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager dedicated to prioritizing customer satisfaction within our Freight Forwarding division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring continuous growth in volume, revenue, and profit margins.
- Collaborate with Branch Operations to tailor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet client specifications.
- Support clients with their daily inquiries regarding export/import pricing and negotiations to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Coordinate with DP World’s internal network and external collaborators to provide optimal service support.
- Regularly utilize our CRM system to effectively manage your sales pipeline and document activities, which will contribute to the Field Sales Incentive Scheme.
Essential Qualifications:
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience and expertise in the Freight Forwarding sector.
- Capability to research, identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities while ensuring necessary support from product and operations teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet various deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, carriers, and vendors.
- Proficient in English and German (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
