About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Sales Professional to join our team at Freight Appointments. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling ocean and air freight solutions to customers across NRW for a €15billion+ worldwide group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell freight solutions to customers across NRW, utilizing the advanced features of Salesforce CRM
  • Focus on customers in the consumer goods, household products, and fashion sectors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Fluency in German is required, with good English skills also beneficial
  • Good existing knowledge of freight, with experience in air or ocean freight
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and goals

  • Competitive base salary of €65,000 - €85,000, plus 15-20% on-target bonus
