We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Sales Professional to join our team at Freight Appointments. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling ocean and air freight solutions to customers across NRW for a €15billion+ worldwide group.
Key Responsibilities- Sell freight solutions to customers across NRW, utilizing the advanced features of Salesforce CRM to aim for at least 24 customer activities a month.
- Focus on customers in the consumer goods, household products, and fashion sectors, leveraging the company's massive carrier network to offer a wide range of lanes and modes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and growing revenue.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Fluency in German is required, with good English skills also beneficial.
- Existing knowledge of freight is essential, with experience in air or ocean freight preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Competitive base salary of €65,000 - €85,000, depending on experience.
- 15-20% on-target bonus.
