Als Sales & Brand Partnerships Manager (f/m/d) treibst du bei uns das Neukundengeschäft voran und verantwortest, leitest und steuerst den gesamten Salesprozess. Eine deiner Hauptaufgaben besteht darin, dein bestehendes Business-Netzwerk sowie neue Werbekunden zu akquirieren.

Wir suchen eine überzeugende People's Person, die unsere Core Services "Social Media Branded Channels" und "Influencer Marketing" beherrscht und Neukund:innen für uns gewinnt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Gewinnung von Neukund:innen
  • Aufbereiten und Präsentation unserer Credential sowie Vorstellung unserer Services bei Neukunden
  • Analyse der Social Media Aktivitäten von Neukunden
  • Beratung von Neukunden im Bereich Social Media, Branded Content und Influencer Marketing
  • Durchführung von Neukunden-Pitches mit unseren Experen-Teams u.a. aus Strategie und Konzeption
  • Erstellen von Angeboten und Führen von Verhandlungen
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Entwicklung von Neukunden zu Bestandskunden
Dein Profil
  • min. 3-5 Jahre Sales-Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Branded Content und Influencer Marketing
  • Eigenes Businessnetzwerk
  • Nachweisliche Erfolgsquote bei der Gewinnung von Neukund:innen
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Begeisterung für die Werbe- und Agenturlandschaft
  • Erfahrung mit der Vermarktung von Content Formaten
  • Erfahrungen mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungen wünschenswert
  • Teamplayer:in und Hands on Mentalität
