About the Role

As a Brand Partnership Manager at Tradedoubler, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by forging long-term partnerships with top fashion and beauty brands. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our influencer marketing tech platform to clients and prospective clients, ensuring seamless delivery of their goals and expectations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple high-revenue client partnerships, ensuring consistent, best-in-class customer service.
  • Oversee the entire sales process to deliver against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on existing brands and new accounts.
  • Run the full sales cycle, generating pipelines by prospecting new customers, focusing on fashion, beauty, and home & living sectors, and expanding our popular customer pool.
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Partnerships Manager to manage seeding campaigns, selecting the right influencers for clients' demographics, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze the performance of potential customers and identify business opportunities for them using Metapic.
  • Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product to improve our customer product experience with Metapic.
  • Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Contribute to shaping the future of Metapic's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.

Your Profile

  • A proven history of achieving sales success.
  • Ability to identify, understand, and communicate customers' business needs.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to close a deal.
  • A true team player, contributing to our joint success.
  • Native/bilingual level in German and professional level in English.
  • Expertise with social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Good understanding of how advertisers and publishers use digital marketing.
  • Experience with a CRM system, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or others.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Profound knowledge of the European e-commerce and influencer market and relevant enabling technologies.
