About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand and Communications Manager to join our team at Accor in Berlin. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and enhances our reputation in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a local PR strategy to ensure our hotel, restaurants, and event spaces are top of mind for media and influencers.
- Generate content and manage our social media channels in Berlin, working closely with our central communications team.
- Build a community of loyal guests and fans through strategic partnerships and activations.
- Oversee the guest journey, ensuring every touch point is on brand and delivering personal and innovative experiences.
- Manage the local marketing and graphic design budgets, working with our General Manager to plan, track, and manage all spend.
- Create design briefs for local collateral and campaigns to submit to our central Ennismore graphic design team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management, PR, and marketing, with a strong track record of building successful brands in the German market.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to build awareness, reputation, and hype for our destination restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of the food and drink scene in Berlin, with a passion for creating cultural partnerships and events.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically, with a focus on driving hotel bookings and restaurant covers.
- Fluent in German and English, with a strong network of local and international contacts in industries such as art, design, fashion, music, tech, and wellness.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with our central Ennismore teams, including graphic design, digital marketing, and communications.
