About the Role
As a Brand Partnership Manager at Tradedoubler, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by forging long-term partnerships with top fashion and beauty brands. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our influencer marketing tech platform to clients and ensure seamless delivery of their goals and expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high-revenue client partnerships, ensuring consistent, best-in-class customer service.
- Oversee the entire sales process to meet key performance metrics, with a focus on existing brands and new accounts.
- Prospect new customers in the fashion, beauty, and home & living sectors, expanding our customer pool.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Partnerships Manager to manage seeding campaigns, selecting influencers that match client demographics and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer performance and identify business opportunities using Metapic.
- Provide regular feedback to Marketing and Product to enhance the customer experience with Metapic.
- Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities.
- Contribute to shaping the future of Metapic's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.
Your Profile
- A proven track record of sales success.
- Ability to understand and communicate customer business needs.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to close deals.
- A true team player contributing to joint success.
- Native or bilingual level in German and professional level in English.
- Expertise in social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and its applications.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of the European e-commerce and influencer market is a plus.
