BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEW

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is responsible for managing and developing our E-Commerce platforms, which are evolving beyond traditional hotel portals. BTC offers a unique range of exclusive services to individual business travelers and SMEs, enhancing their travel experiences. Our objective is to drive growth and sustainable profitability by fostering customer loyalty and optimizing supplier management, playing a crucial role in HRS's strategic initiatives in the DACH region.

POSITION SUMMARY

Are you eager to explore Engagement Marketing? Do you have a flair for copywriting? We are seeking a Cologne-based Working Student in Engagement Marketing (all genders). In this role, you will assist our marketing team in enhancing customer loyalty through engagement editorial campaigns, including Email and Push notifications. This is a valuable opportunity to gain insights into CRM within a dynamic team utilizing advanced technology for personalized multichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams within BTC to implement your campaigns and take charge of optimizing them through A/B testing to enhance performance metrics such as subject lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notifications) in collaboration with other teams.
  • Copywriting: Assist in crafting campaign messages in alignment with brand guidelines, supported by the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance, focusing on elements like subject lines.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communication.
  • Strong interest in marketing.
  • Eagerness to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing.
  • Interest in developing editorial campaigns using our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push.
  • Enjoys teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in German and possess a strong command of English.
