BUSINESS UNIT

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is responsible for managing and evolving the HRS E-Commerce platforms, including the renowned hotel portals HRS(.)de and HOTEL(.)DE. BTC is committed to providing its members, including individual business travelers and SMEs, with a unique array of exclusive services that enhance the travel experience. The BTC aims to achieve growth and sustainable profitability by fostering customer loyalty and repositioning brands in the marketplace while optimizing supplier management. This unit plays a crucial role in HRS's DACH strategy, focusing on transforming the relationship between hotel and workplace supply and dominating the Business Travel market in the DACH region.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you eager to explore the field of Engagement Marketing? Do you have a passion for crafting compelling copy? We are seeking a Cologne-based Working Student in Engagement Marketing (all genders). In this role, you will assist our marketing team in enhancing customer loyalty.

As a Working Student in Engagement Marketing, you will design and implement engagement editorial campaigns, including Email and Push notifications. This is a valuable opportunity to gain insights into CRM practices from a dedicated team utilizing advanced technology to deliver personalized multichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams within BTC (e.g., supply) to successfully launch your campaigns and will be responsible for optimizing these campaigns through A/B testing to enhance performance, such as improving subject lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notifications) in collaboration with other teams.
  • Copywriting: Assist in creating campaign messages that align with our brand guidelines, supported by the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance, focusing on elements like subject lines.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communication.
  • Strong enthusiasm for marketing.
  • Desire to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing.
  • Interest in setting up editorial campaigns using our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • High self-motivation, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in German and a good command of English.
  • Must be based in Cologne and willing to work at our Headquarters.
