BUSINESS UNIT

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) oversees and develops the HRS E-Commerce platforms, including the renowned hotel portals HRS(.)de and HOTEL(.)DE, evolving them into comprehensive services beyond mere platforms. BTC offers its members, including individual business travelers and SMEs, a unique array of exclusive services that redefine the travel experience. The objective of BTC is to foster growth and sustainable profitability over time by enhancing customer loyalty and repositioning brands in the marketplace while unlocking additional potential through optimized supplier management. Thus, BTC and its offerings play a crucial role in HRS's DACH strategy, focusing on transforming the dynamics between hotel and workplace supply, e-commerce, and dominating the Business Travel market in the DACH region.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you eager to explore the field of Engagement Marketing? Do you have a flair for copywriting? We are seeking a Cologne-based Working Student in Engagement Marketing (all genders). In this role, you will assist our marketing team in enhancing customer loyalty.

As a Working Student in Engagement Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engagement editorial campaigns, including Email and Push notifications. This is a valuable opportunity to gain insights into CRM within a dynamic team that utilizes advanced technology to deliver personalized multichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams within BTC (e.g., supply) to successfully launch your campaigns and will take charge of optimizing these campaigns through A/B testing to enhance performance, such as improving subject lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notifications) in collaboration with other teams.
  • Copywriting: Assist in crafting campaign messages in alignment with our brand guidelines, supported by the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance, focusing on elements like subject line effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communication.
  • Strong passion for marketing.
  • Curiosity to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing.
  • Interest in setting up editorial campaigns within our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • High self-motivation, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a structured approach.
  • Fluency in German and a good command of English.
  • Based in Cologne and looking forward to working at our Headquarters.
