BUSINESS UNIT
The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is responsible for managing and developing the HRS E-Commerce platforms, including the renowned hotel portals HRS(.)de and HOTEL(.)DE. These platforms are evolving into comprehensive solutions that offer a wide array of exclusive services for individual business travelers and SMEs, enhancing the travel experience of tomorrow. BTC aims to drive growth and sustainable profitability by fostering customer loyalty and repositioning brands in the marketplace while unlocking additional potential through optimized supplier management. The BTC and its offerings play a crucial role in HRS's strategy within the DACH region, focusing on transforming the relationship between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce, ultimately leading the Business Travel market in DACH.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you eager to delve into the world of Engagement Marketing? Do you have a flair for copywriting? We are seeking a Cologne-based Working Student in Engagement Marketing (all genders). In this role, you will assist our marketing team in enhancing customer loyalty.
As a Working Student in Engagement Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engagement editorial campaigns, including Email and Push notifications. This is a unique opportunity to gain insights into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) alongside a dedicated team that utilizes advanced technology to deliver personalized multichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams within BTC (e.g., supply) to successfully launch your campaigns and will oversee the optimization of these campaigns through A/B testing to enhance performance, such as refining subject lines.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Develop and execute engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notifications) in collaboration with other teams.
- Copywriting: Assist in crafting campaign messages aligned with our brand guidelines, supported by the Content Marketing Manager.
- Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign performance, including subject line evaluations.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communication.
- Strong interest in marketing.
- Desire to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing.
- Interest in setting up editorial campaigns using our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and engaging with various stakeholders.
- Exhibit high self-motivation, organizational skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a structured approach.
- Fluency in German and a strong command of English.
- Based in Cologne and eager to work at our headquarters in the city center.
