Business Unit: HRS Business Travel Club

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is a key business unit within HRS Group, responsible for managing and developing the company's e-commerce platforms. BTC aims to deliver growth and sustainable profitability by enhancing customer loyalty and unlocking additional potentials through optimized supplier management.

Position: Working Student Engagement Marketing

We are seeking a talented Marketing student to join our team as a Working Student Engagement Marketing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and setting up engagement editorial campaigns, including email and push notifications. You will collaborate with other teams, such as supply, to launch your campaigns and optimize editorial content to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign management: Set up engagement marketing campaigns, collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Copywriting: Support the creation of campaign messages, adhering to our brand guidelines and working closely with the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct AB testing to improve campaign performance, focusing on subject line tests and other key metrics.

Requirements

  • Marketing/Communication student with a passion for marketing and a curiosity to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing.
  • Interest in setting up editorial campaigns in our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and reliably.
  • Fluent in German and very good level of English.
  • Based in Cologne and willing to work at our Headquarters in the city center.
