BUSINESS UNIT

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is responsible for managing and developing the HRS E-Commerce platforms, including the renowned hotel portals HRS(.)de and HOTEL(.)DE. BTC is evolving these platforms into comprehensive services that enhance the travel experience for individual business travelers and SMEs. The unit aims to drive growth and sustainable profitability by fostering customer loyalty and repositioning brands in the marketplace while optimizing supplier management. BTC plays a crucial role in HRS's DACH strategy, focusing on transforming the relationship between hotel and workplace supply and dominating the Business Travel market in the DACH region.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you eager to explore the field of Engagement Marketing? Do you have a flair for copywriting? We are seeking a Working Student in Engagement Marketing to assist our marketing team in enhancing customer loyalty.

As a Working Student in Engagement Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engagement editorial campaigns, including Email and Push notifications. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within a dedicated team that utilizes advanced technology to deliver personalized multichannel campaigns. You will collaborate with various teams within BTC to successfully launch your campaigns and take charge of optimizing these campaigns through A/B testing to enhance performance metrics, such as subject lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notifications) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Copywriting: Assist in crafting campaign messages in alignment with brand guidelines, supported by the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance, focusing on elements like subject line effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communication.
  • Strong interest in marketing.
  • Eagerness to learn about Engagement and Lifecycle marketing.
  • Desire to set up editorial campaigns using our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with various stakeholders.
  • High self-motivation, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Capacity to work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in German and a strong command of English.
  • Located in Cologne and enthusiastic about working at our Headquarters.
